Privacy Policy

ODIN TECH adopts this Privacy and Data Protection Policy regarding the collection, storage and management of information received from clients, suppliers, independent consultants and employees (hereinafter, the “data subject”). In this regard, it receives information and stores it securely and appropriately, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 29733 (Personal Data Protection Law).

The data subject may verify the accuracy of the information and take measures to update it and/or request its deletion.

ODIN TECH requires the consent of the data subject for the processing of personal data, except in cases expressly established by law.

Rights of Data Subjects

Right of access and information: The data subject has the right to obtain information about them contained in ODIN TECH’s database.
Right to rectification, updating and inclusion: When the data is partially or totally inaccurate or incomplete, or when falsehood or error has been identified.
Right to cancellation or deletion: Applies to information that is not related or necessary for the fulfilment of ODIN TECH’s obligations under signed contracts or as required by applicable regulations.
Right to object: The data subject may object to the processing of their personal data at any time, provided such processing has no contractual or legal justification.
Personal data banks will be retained only for the time necessary to fulfil their purpose.
Once the purpose has been fulfilled, the personal data banks will be securely deleted or anonymised by the Security Officer.
